You should have, "Plainstrider Menace" "Forgotten Pools" "Raptor Thieves" "Wharfmaster Dizzywig" "Fungal Spores" "Disrupt the Attacks" "Supplies for the Crossroads" and "Harpy Raiders", which is at the top of the tall tower to the west of the inn.
Make it your home, get the flightpath as well.
Slaughterquest. Start doing "Plainstrider Menance" and "Raptor Thieves" while you're here. You don't need to finish "Raptor Thieves", but it would be best to finish Plainstrider Menace now.
Once Disrupt the Attacks is complete, turn it in and get "The Disruption Ends"
the supplies are a clickable item in the same camp as the named mob for "The Disruption Ends"
While you're out here, look for a "Chen's EmptyKeg", which starts a quest. Accept it if you find it, if not don't sweat it.
Make sure Plainstrider Menace, Supplies for the Crossroads and The Disruption Ends are all completed before moving on. If you didn't finish Plainstrider Menace, you can do it at this area but it won't be easy. PRobably better to just backtrack.
Be really careful when you run south to ratchet. It's pretty dangerous with all the level 15+ stuff around.
You should accept "Raptor Horns" "Samophalange" "Southsea Freebooters" "The guns of Northwatch" Don't forget the wanted poster in order to get "Wanted: Baron Southshore"!
All the mobs for both of these quests spawn all along the coastline. Once both are complete, return and turn them in and get the follow-ups.
This should give you "The Missing Shipment", turn it in to Dizzywig. Dizzywig gives you another followup to return to Gazlowe, which gives you the quest "Stolen Booty".
The Lenses are at this location.
The boots are at this location. Once you finish "Stolen Booty" hearth to Crossroads. Don't worry about turning in just yet, once you hearth that begins Circuit 2.
