The flame is in the western part of the cave, the lower level, by the lake. It has two level 30 centaur guards that make this part kind of a bitch, but bring your A-game, down a pot and some cooldowns and you can do it.

(35, 35) Step 4: Come here and do "Sacred Fire", you need to grab the plants.

Collect eggs here.

Step 6's dots outline the circle Steelsnap wanders in. Follow the line and you'll find him eventually. Steelsnap isn't hard, but he does have two adds so it can be a kick in the dick if you aren't careful

After this is complete, hearth to Sun Rock Retreat and fly back to Thunder Bluff, turn in Sacred Fire and Steelsnap. After you turn them in accept "Arikara" which is the follow up from Sacred Flame but skip Frostmaw because it's hard as hell at the only opportunity you'll have to do it, then fly to Freewind Post in thousand needles and make it your home and start circuit 3.
