Kill the yetis in this cave until you get the rod. IT's reccomended that you grind here until level 30, but I personally don't because the rod takes forever to drop anyway, and the place has been crawling with other players every single time i've been here.

Now you have two options. You need to get 10 mountain lion blood for Elixir of Pain, you can kill the level 30-34 ones up on the plateaus that stick into Hillsbrad but are technically part of alterac mountains. I like killing those, but any mountain lions will do. Anyhow, once you finish up Elixir of Pain and Helcular's Rod, turn them both in. Either way, after you finish go to Arathi Highlands and start circuit 1.
