1. (28, 74) Step 1: Turn in "Goblin Sponsorship", accept the follow up, make Booty Bay your home.

    Now the hard part. Find and accept the following quests(You need to be 34. But you definitely should be). "Singing Blue Shards" "Bloodscalp Ears" "Hostile Takeover" "Investigate the Camp". You have to turn in Goblin Sponsorship and re-accept it until the Baron tells you to get fuel regulator blueprints.

  2. (25, 17) Step 3: Singing Blue Shards

    The Crystal Spine Basilisks are easiest to find around here, on the shore and up on the first level of cliffs.

  3. (31, 17) Step 4: Bloodscalp Ears, Bloodscalp Insight, Hunt for Yenniku, Bloody Bone Necklaces.

    All four of these are gatehred from the trolls notheast/southwest in these ruins. The southwest most ruins are the best in my opinion.

    You don't need to finish Bloody Bone Necklaces now, you'll be able to finish it up at the start of circuit 3.

  4. (32, 19) Step 5: Tiger Mastery(Elder Stranglethorn Tigers)

  5. (33, 22) Step 6: In Defense of Grom Gol, Raptor Mastery

    Go to Grom Gol and turn everything in. You should have hit 35 by this point, but if you didn't it's no big deal. Just make sure you kill more things as you're travelling around.

    After it's all turned in, start circuit 3.
