Make Booty Bay your home, then turn in "The Rumormonger" and accept "Dream Dust in the Swamp" and "skullsplitter Trolls", Then fly to Grom Gol.

Accept "MokThardin's enchantment" and "Bloodscalp Clan Heads" and "The Vile Reef"

There are two tablets you can grab. One is on the inside wall at this location, one is on the OUTSIDE wall. You want the one on the outside wall, I opt to do this now instead of earlier because I said so. If you get the one on the outside wall, the mobs won't aggro.

do "Mok Thardin's Enchantment" along with it.

Once both are done, return to grom gol and turn in Mok'Thardin's enchantment and The Vile Reef, get both follow ups.

You should hit level 39 while doing these two quests, or you'll be damn close. Either way, grind here until you're 39 and both quests are complete before continuing.

the panther can be at any one of these three spots. Bhag'Thera is a level 40 elite, so be prepared to blow cooldowns and your best potions.

Hearth to Booty Bay.

The item you need is on top of a barrel and clickable. Clickable it and get the follow up.

After both are done, run to booty bay and turn everything in and get the follow ups, you'll have to run around booty bay a little bit turning all the follow ups in again. Fly to Grom Gol and turn everything in there, make it your home

You'll have to grind here until level 40. You should finish the quest long before that, but stay here until you hit level 40 it's gonna be long and soul crushing so get a sandwich and a drink. AFter you're level 40 and it's done, hearth to grom gol and turn it in, then go to Badlands and start Circuit 1. While you're at a major city, stop by an auction house and pick up a Frost Oil.

Alternatively, go do Scarlet Monastery or Razorfen Downs.
