1. (44, 91) Step 1: Look at this location for "Noggle's Lost Satchel"

    It will be up the path where Deathclasp wanders. You'll see the bag on the right-hand side near the cliff wall, click it when Deathclasp is far away to get the item.

  2. (48, 77) Step 2: Wander this area and look for a Silithyst Geiser. Click it to get the silithyst.

  3. (51, 68) Step 3: turn in "Scouring the Desert"

  4. (66, 70) Step 4: Turn in "the Deserter"

    Go commit suicide and spirit Res at Cenarion Hold. Turn in "Noggle's Lost Satchel". Hearth to Orgrimmar then hop the Zeppelin to Undercity. Go down and complete "A Sample of Slime..." and "...and a batch of Ooze" in the apothecarium.

    Then run to Western Plaguelands and start circuit 1.
