(39, 66) Step 1: Turn in "the annals of Darrowshire" and "A Matter of time"
Accept "Counting Out Time"
(45, 66) Step 2: There are "Small Lockboxes" that are now clickable in all the houses
Click on the boxes to loot the Andorhal Watches. Once you have 5, turn them in to Chromie.
Grind here until level 58(or anywhere you want, really, I choose here or Sorrow Hill). Once you hit 58, return to the Bulwark and turn in all of your quests. Then it's time to hit outland! Go to your trainer, get your new abilities, abandon all quests in your journal and head to Hellfire Peninsula to start circuit 1!
