THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TEROKKAR FOREST CIRCUITS. Ignore it until you get to Nagrand.Turn in "The Impotent Leader", accept "Don't Kill the Fat One" Go into the ogre camp, kill some guys, beat down "the fat one".

Once you get the quest "Because Kilrath is a Coward", run north into Nagrand and turn it in and get the follow up.
